CCCFA rules
Debt to income ratios
Loan to Value restrictions
Tripling the OCR
Tax non deductibility
10 year brightline test
Banning foreign buyers
Losing depreciation on depreciating assets or
An overhaul of the RTA and RMA

Emergency housing wait lists have doubled under Labor/Greens.

Just a random idea but why don’t we cut red tape and make it easier for councils to release land?

Last one out of the country can you flick the lights off?
